I think you're right about the similarity between english and chinese ancient language when it comes to verses or poems. I sometimes feel modern chinese is less powerful in expression, less neat and tend to be prolix " i" j- v; t% c5 N9 a$ z 7 D; D6 e9 }4 `( Pand I like the idea of yours that we communicate more here 0 y, o7 v0 b b) G4 w
